ADP Earns Prestigious Eddy Award by Delivering Leading Employee Education Programs

ADP® recently was honored with prestigious industry recognition from a leading institutional investment publication Pensions & Investments®, which chose ADP Retirement Services for the 2018 Eddy Award for Ongoing Investment Education for corporate plans with fewer than 1,000 participants.  This is the second year ADP has been chosen to receive an Eddy Award.  Winners were announced at Pensions & Investments’ annual East Coast Defined Contribution Conference in Miami, Florida.

The Eddy Awards® is an annual recognition from Pensions & Investments that acknowledges best practices by companies who offer defined contribution plans that provide investment education to participants.  It recognizes accomplishments in seven categories:  Automatic re-enrollment, conversions, ongoing investment education, plan transitions, retirement health care savings, retirement preparation and special projects.

ADP, through its Retirement Services business, is helping its clients to address the retirement challenge by offering clients tools and information that may help their employees better manage their finances and grow more confident in their financial futures.

“Kingspan likes to put their people at the forefront of the business — to take care of them and their needs — so that they can help Kingspan take care of its customers,” explains Andrea Lackemacher, Human Resources director at Kingspan Insulated Panels, North America. “The retirement service offerings and education programs provided by ADP Retirement Services is instrumental in helping us achieve these goals.”

Feedback like that makes us proud and validates why we were recognized by Pensions & Investments.

Today’s employees are concerned about retirement security and overall financial health, which is making educating employees about financial wellness a top priority for human resources leaders.  Employers can potentially help ease these apprehensions by enabling financial education programs.  Those programs, in turn, may be considered a valuable perk among a growing list of benefits that are helping companies attract and retain top talent.  This is why we’re especially pleased that Pensions & Investments has chosen to acknowledge our continuing efforts to educate and inform our clients and their employees.

Providing retirement plan solutions continues to be a core competency of ADP as the firm has grown to be a global leader in human capital management.  This underscores ADP’s commitment to financial wellness and gives employees sound financial resources so they can be confident in their retirement planning and savings decisions.

ADP’s education program is designed to make it easy for participants to get answers about their retirement plans, to provide tools that educate about financial wellness, and to keep workers engaged.  Elements of the program include email campaigns; and a convenient mobile platform to ease employee access to participants’ accounts, educational videos, and client testimonials.
